Levoni Prosciutto Cotto - Cooked ham
100 grams

Green beans
150 grams

Scamorza cheese
3 slices

Preparation

Boil the green beans for 10 minutes - let them rest till they cooled down. put 4/5 green beans on a slice of Levoni Prosciutto Cotto - slice it not too thin. Make a roll - tight. Lay down the Prosciutto cotto rolls in a saucepan with the Scamorza slices on top. Serve your green beans poached warmed - yummy and delicious.
