The Italian turkey breast is steamed and browned in the oven. It has a beautiful light pinkish slice. The scent is delicate characterised by aromas from the vegetable garden. The taste is full, satisfying, light in salt, with a lot of taste.

The turkey breast is very versatile; it is sliced into a slicer, to obtain thin slices. Excellent also cut thicker to obtain strips or small cubes.

Pignoletto is the perfect wine for this deli meat: delicate, with a slightly fragrant bouquet, it allows to respect and enhance the delicate flavour of turkey.

Very good au naturel, just seasoned with oil and lemon, but also delicious to prepare the classic Cesar salad, enriched with turkey pieces, croutons, flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano, seasoned with oil salt or mayonnaise, hence the "customisations" they are endless ...We can combine the turkey cut into stripes with raisins and pine nuts, season it with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and thus obtain a very flavoursome simplification of the classic recipe of Bartolomeo Stefani.
